Every caregiver has a personal interview with the Situ team before she gets any work, and her ID, police clearance and first-aid certificate are checked. Her profile shows what was checked and until when it is valid.
Each caregiver's profile lists the languages she speaks. Your chat with her translates itself: you write in English, and she reads in her own language.
You add a card, and it is checked without a charge. You are charged only when care ends. A tip, if you want to leave one, is separate.
Cancel in the app. Cancelling early is free, and if there is a cancellation fee, the app tells you how much before you confirm.
